Historic Finial Reconstruction

Eight architectural finials reconstructed from incomplete historic reference photographs, with no original available for duplication. Design and proportions were developed from partial visual references, followed by full-scale prototyping, aluminum fabrication, finish matching, and repeat production.

Historic Leader Box Reproduction

These leader heads were commissioned for a new detached garage addition and reproduced to match the existing architectural elements of the historic home. Using a photo of the original leader head as the reference, the design, proportions, profiles, and decorative details were recreated in copper to maintain visual continuity between the original residence and new construction.

Custom Copper Eyebrow Dormers

Custom-fabricated copper eyebrow dormers produced for integration into a slate roofing system. Each assembly required complex curved geometry, formed architectural profiles, custom latticework, soldered construction, and careful coordination between individual components. Fabricated from flat copper through completed assemblies and installed as prominent architectural features of the finished roof.
